I need to make a CQ dispenser and ISD1020 circuits, ISD2560 is probably no longer produced. Does anyone know of any other solution e.g.. with PIC circuit? MFJ keyer with GES for 4500,- is out of the question
After minor adjustments, this could be used. I have already purchased and will do experiments.

Hi,
some circuits to rec / play speech lie in the warehouse, I would say quite, that just ISD1020. I should go to the warehouse by the end of the week, so I'll see you.
