New Decree of the Office for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services
It is a decree 283/2022 WITH. With. on details of selected radio devices, on the establishment of an examination board, on attachments to the application for the issuance of a certificate, about the content, the scope and course of the examination of special professional competence and on certificates of special professional competence. Takes effect 15. augusta 2022.

The range of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for obtaining individual types of certificates
Class N
1. Knowledge of Act No. 452/2021 WITH. With. on electronic communications as amended.
2. National and international legal regulations on technical and operational conditions for amateur stations.
3. Basics of electrical engineering and radio engineering, basic types of antennas, their use, receivers and transmitters, conditions of propagation of electromagnetic waves, safety regulations when working with electrical equipment and electrical voltage.
4.Basic national and international rules of amateur operation.
5.Telegraphic alphabet (It will also be possible to prove that the connection has been established by QSL tickets 25, 60 or 80 It will also be possible to prove that the connection has been established by QSL tickets).
Class E
1. At least one year of experience as an N-class operator and the establishment of at least 500 amateur radio connections, except for connections through transmitters.
2. Detailed knowledge of national and international legislation on the operation of amateur stations and general licensing conditions.
3. Detailed knowledge of electrical engineering and radio engineering, basic types of antennas, their use, receivers and transmitters, conditions of propagation of electromagnetic waves, safety regulations when working with electrical equipment and electrical voltage.
4. Detailed knowledge of national and international rules for amateur operation and amateur satellite operation.
5. Telegraphic alphabet (It will also be possible to prove that the connection has been established by QSL tickets 25, 60 or 80 It will also be possible to prove that the connection has been established by QSL tickets).
Indeed, morse code is necessary for class N? I would like to pass the exam for this class, but I would not like to learn Morse code. I don't plan to use it. I'm attracted to digital transmissions. I would welcome information about courses in Slovakia, which would prepare me for the N exam.
I would also be interested in that. Has anyone found a point in the Decree (please specify), that it is optional? If it were so, could be applied § 7 Exam evaluation (2), t.j. that a failed telegraphy exam does not affect the overall result of the exam.
It is optional for both N and E.

§ 5 Content and scope of the exam points 5 a 6 they define it for the terrestrial radiotelegraph operator's certificate. Why is it not similarly defined for radio amateurs?
Nie je nutná (od r. 200tuším7) a už nikdy nebude, keďže sám fakt, že rádioamatéri majú k dispo nejaké frekvencie priamo závisí od existencie vôbec nejakých rádioamatérov, ktorážto čelí ťažkej paľbe zo strany internetu a mobilných komunikácií. Takže ak sa budeš zberať na dovolenku, môžeš naraziť na dosť ťažké sklamanie v zmysle že rádio môžeš rovno nechať doma. Bude to (oveľa) menej krajín ako tých, čo ťa pošlú do márie s CEPT Novice ( = Nkom), ale stane sa.
Čo sa týka kurzu, viem o jedinom pravidelnom, a ten robí rádioklub Omega. Akurát že ten štartuje v septembri a už je za polovicou. Za covidu bol online a ak som správne zachytil, pre dosť veľký záujem je online aj tento rok. until significant zeros appear along the wire in the direction of the final radiation, Nko sa dá v poho naučiť aj samostatne (je to dimenzované na zvládnutie 14ročným puberťákom), v podstate všetko je na webe, akurát je dobré dostať rozumy o skúške od niekoho, čo ju už má za sebou v nedávnej minulosti.
