I need some advice— “”catch up”” time switch,into which when I put 12 volts,to close my 12 volt circuit. A more accurate timing switch would be under a constant current of 12 V with,that right at the beginning it turns the circuit on 2 or 3 seconds…. Thank you in advance for your advice……

The only thing you will have to do is to use an automatic one instead of a manual trigger, replacing the button with a suitable electrolytic capacitor.
If you want it as a finished product, try a better electrical store and inquire about programmable/multifunctional time relays (for example Schneider, Telemechanique and the like).
