    Hello

I would like to know your opinion, what text would we use for the international SOTA program – Summits on the Air. I am looking for a translation that describes the English text as best as possible.
In OK, the phrase is used “Peaks in the ether”.
You suggest using text in OM “Peaks in the ether” or “Highlights on amateur radio bands”, or “Peaks on amateur radio waves” or other?

    Thanks Dano OM1DK

HAD: the first one. the other names are quite long. But they can't go easily “to the mushroom”

it would also be possible not to translate the text and always leave it only in the original wording.

    Hi Dana,
I would also lean in favor “Peaks in the ether”. It's good that you started it. I'm already arming…http://om3cug.rajce.idnes.cz/QRP_CW_SMD_Transceiver_ATS-3B_podla_KD1JV/

I don't see, I don't see, if you want to JOIN the SOTA program, the name will probably need to be kept in documents and websites.
If you are interested in giving yourself something “specificke” then it will probably turn out like in Italy …
Good luck! Update of OM CallBook and other sites

To the topic in general – information published 25.5. on the hamradio.sk portal :
    SOTA-OM PENDING APPROVAL
Slovakia's participation in the SOTA diploma program has reached its final stage after long and demanding preparations. Conditions and hill database with map are processed, the SOTA-OM website is ready and an application for admission to the international SOTA program has been sent. However, information came from England, that part of the approval process is also a demanding check of the hill database, which can stretch the whole process to several months. However, due to our good preparation, they will try to shorten this deadline.. Immediately after approval, the SOTA-OM program will be launched, about which we will of course inform you. Everyone should be thanked here, who participated in the SOTA-OM preparations: Danov OM1DK, Juraj OM1DI, Love OM6AKL, My OM6MW, Martin OM4MM, Ivan OM0AMI and others.
