The new president of IARU
After a ten-year period, when the IARU was led by Dr. Larry E. Price, W4RA, he will be replaced for the next five years by Timothy S. Ellam, VE6SH/G4HUA. Larry W4RA retires. Ole Garpestad will be the vice-president of IARU, LA2RR (president IARU Region 1).
