SDR Cube

George N2APB and Juha OH2NLT are the constructors SDR transceivera, which does not need a PC for its operation. The RF part consists of the popular Softrock SDR 6.3 and the necessary processing of the I/Q signal is handled by the DSP processor. Thanks to this, it is possible to construct a tiny SDR transceiver with dimensions of approx. 10x10x10cm (cube = cube). The SDR cube could be an ideal portable TCVR, since the consumption is 90mA (Cube) plus 100 mA (Softrock Rx), resp. 300 mA in TX mode.

Built-in elbug and NUE-PSK modem for digi operation. The display shows all the necessary information, including the 8kHz bandscope.

Kit, individual parts or the finished transceiver will soon be available to order via the website www.sdr-cube.com , where you can also find more information about the SDR Cube.
