In memory of friends of amateur radio, who are no longer among us we invite you to a race - a memory of brands, which they kept quiet.

Date and time: every year on 1 November (1.11.2012) between 06.00 – 09.00UT

Mode: iba CW

Frequencies: 3510 – 3560 kHz, 7010 – 7040 kHz

Call: CQ SKM

Code exchanged: RST + ITU zone (e.g.. 579 28) or RST + SK amateur radio brand, which you want to remember on the air (e.g.. 599 HA6NA or 599 K8DD). You decide for yourself, which code is closer to you. However, you may not change it during the Silent Key Memorial.

Categories: single operator both LP bands (max.150W out), single operator both bands (max. 1500W out) a multi operator HP (max. 1500W out)

Body: for QSOs with their own ITU zone 1 that, for QSOs within own continent 3 body, for QSOs with other continents 5 points and station, which gives the mark of the deceased 1 extra point

Multipliers: the sum of all ITU zones and brands deceased on each band separately. Multiple stations can give one brand of a deceased radio amateur, but it is counted only once

final result: the sum of the connection points multiplied by the sum of the multipliers

Awards: for 1st-3rd place a souvenir, each participant receives a diploma

Diary: only in Cabrillo format (date, time (UTC), frequency, brand, received and sent report and code). Common logging programs can be used (UCX-log, N1MM, WinTest) with setup for IARU HF World Championship - scoring and multipliers are the same, "silent key" stations count as HQ stations.
