That's not how it works… After the postponement of the launch of Arissat-1 from the ISS station by the Russian side, the start of Taurus XL was stopped, which he was supposed to put into orbit 3 Cube Saty. On the day of the start (15 minutes before the scheduled start) a false status was received and the Taurus XL was de-activated.

The issue has not yet been resolved, intensive work is being done to detect the defect. Another possible start date was tentatively set for the first half of March.
