Morse code training generator

The beep is intended for beginner radio amateurs to practice morse code. It consists of only one transistor, for me it was KC507, but any other NPN transistor can be used. When using a PNP transistor, only the polarity of the power supply is reversed and the resistor M1 is connected towards the negative field.. The advantage of this beeper is, that the key switches a very small current and the contacts are therefore not worn.

Capacitors are not critical and can be experimented with (floods 2x15nF). I first used this buzzer to measure parts (diode, tranzistorov….).
The handset is classic 50 ohmic. Power supply is in the range from 3V to max. Uce used transistor. At voltages higher than 9V it is necessary to change the base resistor, so that a high current does not flow into the base. Otherwise, the current is very low and therefore it is possible to use a battery.

It is also advisable to connect an RC element to the key, to reduce interference when working with the key (100ohms, 10nF).

All I have to do is thank Rad for the article and wish him many ideas for further constructions. well thank you!
