GuestDue to the occasional need to get the furnishing of the device in “train”, eventually for the sample of a small, Portable APRS digipeatra that I plan to make in the close time I decided to put together 12V solar source.
Since I only finished the source with the precisery so I can't write the experience of the operations yet, But maybe I inspire someone to a similar construction 😉
Performing the panels and capacity of the battery maybe someone would seem but due to the fact that I own and use only manually radiosti up to 5W so it could be enough for me.
The regulator according to the instructions is discarded at 10.8V and turns off the battery charge at 14.4V.

GuestOM0AAO – Thank you 😉
After a two -day test on the balcony where only a few hours in the afternoon, the direct sun shines 7.2Ah accumulator charged to full and the regulator at 14.4V switched to “floating charge” way.
Casovo would also be about how much it should be charged. 🙂om1ci
ParticipantHi Jura, I have been going to do something like home for a long time, This kicked me out and I have already ordered things I miss, regulator and panel, 80W 120 ME, K Tomu 38 Ohad. gel battery, with this to power 12 In the facility, (TRX) plus to do so ups type online (with a 12V flashlight .. if it exists.)And this will supply 240V AC devices.(PC, monitor). Inverter 12V DC -240V AC for long -term use inappropriate, and not at all from China for 3,50 USD !
This is how I will have the complete Greenenergy Ham Shack.
If something similar to someone is already working, I have written knowledge. When I get it together, I will also write how and whether it works.
