Japan International DX Contest

The goal of the race is for stations outside of Japan to establish connections with as many JA stations as possible from as many Japanese prefectures and JD1 islands as possible.

PH Saturday 0700 – Sunday 1300UTC of the second full weekend in November (12.-13.November 2011)

There are no WARC bands allowed in the contest.

It is allowed to use in all categories DX cluster. However, self-spotting in any form is prohibited. Stations of multiple operators can change the band after 10 minutes from the start of work on the current band, with the exception of obtaining a multiplier.

5. Scoring
1.8MHz…………….. 4 body
3.5/3.8MHz ………… 2 body
7MHz, 14MHz and 21MHz.. 1 that

It is possible to establish one valid connection with one station on each band. Cross mode connections, cross band or via converters are prohibited.

6. Multipliers (DX stanice)
The sum of the number of different Japanese prefectures plus Ogasawara Island, Minami-Torishima and Okino-Torishima, which were worked on in each band. The maximum number of multipliers on each band is 50.

7. The resulting score
The resulting score is the product of the points for the connections multiplied by the sum of the multipliers achieved, e.g.. 100 points times 59 of multipliers = 5900 points.

8. Diary
Logs are sent in the usual form, while it is required to add your own zone in the summary. Each new multiplier on the band will be highlighted.
