Kosovo – nová DXCC?

International Steering Group for Kosovo (ISG) announced the termination of surveillance of that territory, which should be a significant step towards gaining full sovereignty as a state. The ISG was established by the UN Special Envoy for Kosovo, Martti Ahtisaari, and its members are 25 states, including most EU countries.

If the process goes according to plan, we can already have a new DXCC ground in September.
