The Telecommunications Office of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the office) pursuant to § 36 par. 5 of Act no. 610/2003 Coll. on electronic communications (hereinafter referred to as the law) establishes: Measure of the Telecommunications Office of the Slovak Republic dated April 14, 2004 no. O-1/2004, which establishes details on certificates of special professional competence for the operation of selected radio equipment, on the establishment of an examination committee and on the content, scope and course of the examination.
This measure entered into force on May 1, 2004, by declaration in the Collection of Laws.
