International meeting of radio amateurs in Holice 2023

With a motto “Again in Holice” I wish 25.-26,augusta 2023 radio amateurs can look forward to 33.year of this popular meeting of radio amateurs. The place is also traditional: around the cultural house and sports hall in Holice (Holubova 768, 534 01 Holice), 50°4’14.488 “N, 15°59’18.684 “E.

presentations of Czech and foreign radio amateur organizations,
sales radio amateur exhibition,

Entrance fee for the meeting (registration fee)

Meeting space is available for a registration fee 90 CZK per person for both days.
Retirees over 70 years are only valid upon presentation of an identity card 60 CZK per person for both days.
Children to 15 years and persons with disabilities do not pay the fee after presenting their identity card.

Notice to sellers

As in previous years, the parking lot is reserved exclusively for the sale of radio amateur material. Also this year, it is possible to reserve these places for the sale of radio amateur material. The price of a radio amateur place for sale with dimensions 5 x 5 m i 760 CZK/for both days of the meeting.
The basic sales points are at the ZUŠ, between the culture house and the museum and everywhere there, where determined by the organizer. Any material may be sold at these locations in accordance with the Operating and Sales Regulations. The price of the basic sales (resp. parking) places 6 x 3 m i 300 CZK/day.
A deposit is collected at the checkout for unloading or loading goods 400 CZK for vehicle entry to the assembly area. Valid for one hour, after exceeding this time, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and the vehicle must leave the meeting area or pay the parking fee and park again at the place designated by the organizer.
In addition, an entrance fee per person is paid on the spot for entry to the venue according to the price list.

Transport and parking

Due to the large number of participants, traffic and parking are regulated.
Only vehicles with a special permit are allowed to enter the area (organizers, honorary guests, dealers) and vehicles heading to the area of ​​the amateur radio exchange after paying the fee.
Parking near the meeting place is regulated by traffic signs.
Parking is also possible in the area of ​​the football stadium, which is provided by SK Holice – parking fee is 50 CZK per day. Contact the administrator: p. Faltys tel. 603 819 126.
Parking is free for persons with disabilities with a disability card 01 and after presenting the ID card (only if they are not flea market vendors).
