News on OM0OUB 70cm RPT
Substantial improvements took place on the Bratislava 70cm OM0OUB converter. Due to the addition of the antenna of one private FM radio 4 meters from a converter with several 100W in February, the OM0OUB function deteriorated. That is why the changes were started, which culminated 1.6.2009 complete replacement of both TRXs, management, antennas, seagull and we also added a very high-quality one Digikeyer pre Echolink, which was sponsored by the Slovak company Microham www.microham.com which makes the Echolink sound great. The converter has a significantly better range thanks to the new antenna. HW modifications TRX and new controller committed OM1AEG tone, he financed the whole thing and QTH provided Filip OM1AI in cooperation with the Internet provider Radiolan www.radiolan.sk.
