OK DX RTTY contest

Time and date of duration: 00:00 UTC to 24:00 UTC on the Saturday of the third full weekend in December (15/12/2012).
Type of operation: RTTY – BAUDOT.
Bands: 10, 15, 20, 40 and 80 meters according to recommendations IARU.

Categories:

• A1 – one operator – all bands, power over 100 W – SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH,
• A2 – one operator – all bands, power up to 100 W inclusive – SINGLE-OP ALL LOW,
• B – one operator – one band – SINGLE-OP 10M, SINGLE-OP 15M, SINGLE-OP 20M, SINGLE-OP 40M or SINGLE-OP 80M,
• C – more operators – all bands – MULTI-OP,
• D – listeners – SWL.

Competitors in categories A1 a A2 they can only change the band once every five minutes.

Scoring:

On the 10, 15 and 20 meter bands:

• 1 point for connecting with your own continent,
• 2 points for other connections.

On the 40 and 80 meter bands:

• 3 points for connecting with your own continent,
• 6 points for other connections.

Multipliers:

Earth DXCC and various OK stations on each band.

Overall result:

Sum of points from all bands × (sum of countries from all bands + sum of OK stations from all bands).

Diploma:

• winners in individual categories,
• winners in individual DXCC countries, if they establish at least 30 connections,
• category A winners will receive a plaque.
  The winners in the Czech Republic in categories A will receive plaques donated by OK1DIG and OK1DVM.

Diaries:

In format Cabrillo they must be sent no later than January 15 of the following year in electronic form to the address: okrtty at crk.cz.
Listener logs may be in ASCII text format and must include date, time, band, receiving station tag, transmitted code, and counter station tag.
The summary must include the mark, name and address of the participant and scoring. Receipt of journals will be confirmed by e-mail.
