The following article by Miloš OM3AA also proves that Borovce really came out:
The meeting, which many Slovak, Moravian and other radio amateurs have been looking forward to all year, is behind us. Although everyone was afraid that the not very favorable forecasts of the meteorologists would come true, Laco, OM2ALA, the soul of this already 11th meeting, had everything secured, even "up there"... Despite a few drops that fell on the windshield of the cars carrying the participants, the sky was right on our side. Therefore, the exchange was able to function from early morning not only in the side hall of the cultural center, but also "open air" exhibition tables and the open back doors of several cars parked on the lawn in the yard. A lot of meetings with friends, comrades, in several cases also with their better halves, and sometimes with children or grandchildren gave extraordinary pleasure to almost everyone. The participation was extraordinary in terms of the number of people presented, the lists include more than 440 radio amateurs, listeners, CBs and especially concessionaires. With a certain probability, it can be assumed that in reality there could have been around 500 participants.
Also joined were many who examined the parts and products on the tables and well bought the ones they needed…
For the enormous effort in furnishing the hall, as well as during its "dismantling", for taking care of ensuring well-being and refreshments, for promptness and overview of everything necessary, I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of myself and several friends to Laco OM2ALA and his friends from the Piešťany radio club, Laco's xyl Mrs. Katka for the tasteful decoration of the premises with flowers, and of course also Laco's friends, who managed to successfully satisfy the wishes hungry and thirsty radio amateurs.
Many thanks again!
