The fourth stage of the Slovak Listening Project (SLP), which took place on 13-14 May 2017, once again confirmed the growing interest in this unique project designed for SWL stations and beginning radio amateurs.
16 participants from different countries of Europe and the world took part in the evaluation, which documents the international reach of this initiative.
The winner of the fourth stage was Sjuk Veenstra from the Netherlands (NL6904) with an excellent score of 561 points, thus consolidating his position as the leader in the overall standings of the 2017 season. The second place was taken by Marc Stinkens from Belgium (ONL4638) with a score of 484 points, while the third place went to Alex Gorbunov from the United States (US-Q-733) with 391 points.
In the SLP 2017 running order, Sjuk Veenstra maintains the leading position with a total score of 30,894 points, followed by Johan Heus (NL9723) and Kees Schout (NL2943).
