Výsledky 1. etapy SLP contest-u 2006, ktorý sa konal 28. a 29. januára, prinášajú prehľad aktivity rádioamatérov a SWL stations on an international level. In the competition, which is characterized by high intensity of operation and accurate scoring according to received signals, SWL NL997 took the highest place with 19,594 points, thus confirming its regular and stable participation in the race.
Slovak participant OM3-0001 took second place with a score of 11,476 points, which is a significant performance in international competition. Third place belongs to R3A-847 with 8,778 points, followed by other active stations from the Netherlands, Sweden and the Czech Republic, among them NL13181, SM7-8190 and NL7403.
Zoznam 10 najlepších SWL staníc odráža široké zapojenie operátorov a rozdiely v bodovom zisku, ktoré sú dôsledkom počtu prijatých spojení a kvality signálov. SLP contest poskytuje nielen hodnotenie jednotlivcov, ale aj cenné údaje o šírení signálov a efektívnosti prevádzky v zimných podmienkach. Kompletné výsledky 1. etapy tak slúžia ako spoľahlivý podklad pre vyhodnotenie výkonnosti a pravidelnej účasti.
