SSB League is a regular shortwave competition intended for radio amateurs from the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republics, the aim of which is to support active operation on the 80-meter band, development of operational skills and long-term competitive activity of stations. The organizer of the SSB League is OK1MZM and the race takes place every month on the first Saturday, always from 07.00 to 09.00 local time. The competition is conducted exclusively by voice operation of SSB in precisely determined frequency sections. Participants can compete in categories QRP, QRO or SWL, while the emphasis is placed on compliance with power limits and a unified position. Scoring is based on the number of valid connections and obtained district characters that make up the multipliers. The monthly results are included in the year-long evaluation, thus SSB Liga creates space for regular and long-term competitive activity.

SWL – listeners can count each station only once. A recorded connection is valid if the station tag is received, the competition code is being sent, and the counter station tag is received. Therefore, if both transmitted codes are recorded, they are two separate records and count for two points. Thus, it is possible to get a maximum of 2 points and 2 multipliers by intercepting one complete connection. The number of occurrences of the same brand as the opposing station is not limited.

For complete QSO 1 point, incomplete is not counted. QSOs with stations outside the OK/OM area are not counted.

Diaries:
For the QRP and QRO categories, it is mandatory to send the diary in the format Cabrillo. Denník sa zasiela prostredníctvom webových stránok závodu najneskôr v piatok po závode. Uznávajú sa iba obojstranne kompletné a správne spojenia. Spojenia so stanicami, ktoré neposlali log, sa započítavajú iba v prípade, že sa objavili v denníkoch najmenej 3×.
The SWL category only sends a message with the specified result.
Result:
Simple product of points and multipliers after evaluation. For the SWL category, the organizer may request a logbook for inspection; his decision is final. An overview of the whole year's activity will be compiled from the monthly results. Only the ten best monthly results are included in the total annual result.
