For new radio amateurs - Robert 3B9FR is a resident of the island of Rodrigues (DXCC a IOTA AF-017). He is mainly a CW operator but has done occasional SSB and FT8 connections. After a hiatus, he returns to amateur radio, which is good news for those interested in DXCC and IOTA programs, because otherwise this entity is just harder to reach.
