ZS – South Africa: the occasional station marked ZS90SAP will be active from 1st January to 31st December 2003 on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the South African Police Service (SAPS). Since 1913, this organization has aimed to promote the rule of law and ensure security for all people in South Africa. Members of the Vaal Triangle amateur club, led by Jan Swanepoel, ZS6ZYM, will be working under this brand throughout 2003. You will find them on 80/40/20/10m as well as 6/2m and 70cm. OA - Peru: Martijn, PA3GFE will spend almost six months (October 8, 2002 - March 31, 2003) in Peru and Ecuador. CW/SSB will work on bands 40 – 10m + 6m until the first of January. QSL to home tag (tickets will be printed and sent out when he gets home).
TN - Congo: Walsker, CT3HK, was active last week as TN3S. Broadcasting by UN members is on 21.211 MHz around 22.26 UTC. According to available reports, he has been working in Congo for one year, but only now has he received his license. He will stay there for another three years. Difficulties are making him big pile-ups so far, so he will work closely with Luis CT3DL, who will compile the sheets. It will work from 80 to 6m, most likely only SSB. JD1 – Ogasawara: niekoľko operátorov bude vysielať pod značkou 8N1OGA z Ogasawary zhruba v období From 15 septembra 2002 do konca januára 2003 pri príležitosti 75-teho výročia JARL. Predbežná licencia im dovoľuje pracovať všetkými módmi (aj SAT) s výkonom 1kW a 500W na 6m. 8N1OGA je vybavená dvoma pracoviskami so smerovkami, dipólmi, vertikálmi na spodné pásma. HR - Honduras: Gerard F2JD will be in Honduras from December 10 to March 3, 2003. He will be broadcasting from 160 to 6m SSB/CW on HR5/F2JD from La Entrada de Copan, possibly from several IOTA. QSL via F6AJA, directly rather than through the bureau.
FG – Guadeloupe: Jack, F6HMJ will be broadcasting on KV + 6m from NA-102 from December 16th to January 14th as TO2FG. QSL via F6HMJ.

WP2Z – US Virgin Islands: John WZ8D and Joe W8GEX and their wives will be active from WP2Z on the 160 to 6m bands from December 30 to January 8, 2003. Joe plans PSK operation, John wants to focus mainly on six-meter and CW on the lower bands. On 50.125 will be RX USA and 50.110 for EU, in case of opening it will be on 50.122 CW/SSB. PJ4 – Netherlands Antilles: Chris DL5NAM will be broadcasting from Bonaire as PJ4/DL5NAM from January 2 to 18. On vacation, he mainly wants to dive and in his free time he will QRV mainly on RTTY and 6m. QSL via bureau or direct DL5NAM.

HC1 – Ecuador: Andy NP3D will broadcast from Quito as HC1/NP3D between January 22 and 27, 2003. CW/SSB will be active on all KV bands (also WARC) as well as on 6m. He will also participate in the 160m CQ WW CW contestu v kategórii LP. QSL via W3HNK.
KH0 – Northern Mariana Islands: JI3DLI will broadcast from Saipan from January 10 to 13, 2003 on KV+6m as KH0/JI3DLI. QSL to home brand. From January 31 to February 3, station KH0/JN1MYM will also broadcast from Saipan, QSL also on the home label. JA5AUC will also broadcast from February 7 to 12 on KV+6m as KH0/JA5AUC. QSL also to home brand. For a short time (from March 11 to 13, 2003) KH0/JR1KGF will also be active on these bands from Saipan. QSL in this case also to the home brand.

HH2 - Haiti: Hans DL7CM and Sid DM2AYO will broadcast from Haiti from January 30 to February 16, 2003 under the tags HH2/DL7CM and HH2/DM2AYO. The local authorities did not issue them 4V tags.
