Dominique F1EJP after the FreeSteamCoder program started working on DATV-Easy for Windows, which will support LimeSDR mini and Pluto. It allows from these SDR devices to create a DATV transmitter, for example, for the purposes of amateur television via satellite QO-100. Dominique in the current version 1.20 is still addressing the issue with DVB-T, but DVB-S2 via both of these devices connected via USB reportedly works correctly. After testing the beta version, the software should be released for download.
