Finland on 70MHz
Another country, whose radio amateurs can operate on 70MHz is Finland. Ranges are allowed 70,000-70,175 MHz a 70,225-70,300 MHz with powers of 25W, 30W or 100W depending on QTH location and operator class. In some areas (KP53 & KP54) operation is not possible.
