HamAlert - no more missed DX!

If you are an active radio amateur, especially DX man or contestman, HamAlert will significantly help you optimize your time on the bands. It is used to monitor the occurrence of specific call signs or conditions in real-time on various DX clusters. The application is available for free via the web hamalert.org and as a mobile application for Android and iOS.

HamAlert - an application that guards the bands for you

HamAlert is a practical application and online service for radio amateurs that allows setting notifications for the appearance of specific stations, countries, modes, or bands. It works based on data from sources such as DX cluster, RBN, PSK Reporter or WSPR.

The user can set filters according to the call sign, DXCC, IOTA, band, mode, geographical area or even type of spot. After the conditions are met, the application sends a notification in the form of a push notification, email, or Telegram message. This allows radio amateurs to react quickly and effectively - whether at home or in the field.

HamAlert notifications

HamAlert allows radio amateurs to set Notifications (alerts) when a certain appears on the bands:

• call sign (e.g. rare DXCC entity),

• geographical location (e.g. IOTA, continent, DXCC),

• band or mode (e.g. CW on 20 m)

• or another filter (e.g. your own country, spotted DXCC from a specific zone).

1. Registration

• You register at https://HamAlert.org

• Optionally install the mobile application (Android, iOS)

2. Setting filters

• You can define various filters, e.g.:

  • Callsign contains: Z6

  • DXCC ≠ own country

  • spot source = RBN / PSKreporter / WSPR / DX cluster

  • Band = 40m, mode = FT8

3. Notifications

• You will receive notification in the form of:

  • Push notifications (mobile app)

  • Email

  • HTTP calls (e.g. for custom script)

  • Telegram messages
