3rd subregional race (formerly Field Day) is held from Saturday 5 July 2003 14.00 UTC to Sunday 6 July 2003 14.00 UTC. Competitions are held in categories according to point 4 of the General Terms and Conditions of races and competitions VHF. The General conditions of races and competitions at VKV also apply in the future.
