How to add your own articles on www.cq.sk

First, of course, it is necessary to start by writing the text of the article. It is best to do this e.g. in Word, but also in WordPad, NotePadu, T-602 or any other text editor. When writing, proceed as follows:

1. choose the appropriate one the name of the article
2. after each paragraph put

   , meaning, that the system then makes a single-line space after the paragraph

3. prepare pictures – the diagram needs to be drawn, e.g. in the SKEM program, or in any other graphics software. File saved e.g. in GIF or JPG format with maximum width 400 pixels. They are then inserted into the text using the command (the command written in this way places the image from the file named obr_rig_01.jpg on the left side of the text, and after stopping the mouse pointer, an inscription appears above it “Device image”)
4. I insert a link to another page with a command This is a tamatam link (the command written in this way will open a new window after clicking on it and in it the page www.xxx.cz)
5. among other things, I can also insert a table using commands

So, let's say, that the article is written and the pictures are prepared. After coming to www.cq.sk a registration (!) there is a box with the name in the right bar Upload files. After clicking the link, the page will appear, where possible “browse” (find on the computer disk) prepared files – in our case images. After that, all you have to do is confirm the action and the files will be copied to the server. The sender will then receive a text in his private e-mail box shortly, who will confirm and advise on everything, how to add image to text.

At the top left, each page of the server has a so-called. Main menu – there is an item in it “Add a new article”. A form page will open. Use the keyboard shortcuts ctrl+C and ctrl+V to copy the article to the forum. First, the title of the article, then the first one to two paragraphs (that's just the first part of the text, which appears in the overview of new articles on the main page) and copy the rest of the text into the next window of the form. Before the final submission of the article to the server, it can be “view” – by clicking OK (next to the OK button is a switch, where a command can be set to view or send text – select command to view “HTML formatting”). When everything is fine after the test display of the article, set the switch to the option to send text to the server and press OK. if you want to make any adjustments, you can correct the text directly in the form and have the result displayed again for a trial.

I will remind you again, that the article is first viewed by one of the administrators and only then only after his approval will appear on the main page, making him practically immortal…
