International meeting of radio amateurs in Holice 2024

The amateur radio meeting in Holice is a prestigious event, which annually attracts radio communication enthusiasts from different corners of the world. It is traditionally held in the vicinity of the cultural center and the sports hall in Holice (Holubova 768, 534 01 Holice), 50°4’14.488″N, 15°59’18.684″E is waiting for us 23.–24. 8. International meeting of radio amateurs in Holice 2024. The program includes various lectures, equipment demonstrations and a sales exchange with radio amateur material.

Content of the Holice meeting 2024

• Professional lectures in clubhouses and halls of the cultural center,
• Presentations of Czech and foreign radio amateur organizations,
• Radio amateur sales exhibition,
• Traditional radio amateur exchange in the event area,
• OK5H Broadcasting Center,
• Joint exhibition of electro/radio rings in the vestibule of the ZUŠ,
• Award ceremony, diplomas and cups for amateur radio and CB activities and competitions,
• QSL service at the ČRK booth – the possibility of confirming QSL tickets at the DXCC CHECK POINT,
• Meetings of interest clubs and circles in the clubhouses of the cultural center,
• Internet for the public with the possibility of connecting your own device – WiFi network.

Entrance fee for the meeting (registration fee)

The event area is accessible for a registration fee 90 CZK per person for both days. Retirees over 70 years will only pay after presenting the identity card 60 CZK per person for both days. Children to 15 years old and persons with disabilities have free entry upon presentation of a pass.

Notice to sellers

As in previous years, the parking lot will be reserved exclusively for the sale of radio equipment. It is also possible to reserve sales places this year. The price of the point of sale for the radiological material of the dimensions 5 x 5 m i 760 CZK for both days of the event.

The basic sales points are located at the ZUŠ, between the cultural center and the museum, and at places designated by the organizer. You can sell any material in these places in accordance with the operating and sales regulations. The price of the basic sales (or parking) places about dimensions 6 x 3 m i 300 CZK per day.

A deposit is paid at the checkout for unloading or loading goods 400 CZK for vehicle entry into the event area. The deposit is valid for one hour; after this time, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and the vehicle must leave the area or pay the parking fee and park in a place designated by the organizer.

Exhibition and sales markets

The stands of the sales exhibition are located in the Sokolovna building opposite the Culture House.

Exhibition and sales markets with radio equipment and electrical engineering will be open:

• Thursday: closed to the public, exhibitors 15:00-20:00
• Friday: the public 9:00-18:00, exhibitors 7:00-18:30
• Saturday: the public 8:00-14:00, exhibitors 7:30-16:00

Transport and parking

Due to the large number of participants, traffic and parking are regulated. Only vehicles with a special permit are allowed to enter the area (organizers, honorary guests, dealers) and vehicles heading to the site of the radio-mammary exchange after paying the fee.

Parking around the venue is regulated by traffic signs. Parking is also available in the area of ​​the football stadium, which is managed by SK Holice; parking fee is 50 CZK per day. For persons with disabilities marked ZTP 01 and upon presentation of the relevant license, parking is free (applies only in case, that it is not a market seller).

Presentation of ČRK and QSL service + presentation of youth work.
