The trio of operators will be QRV during the weekend CQ WW contest-u z of Alderney as MU5W. One of them, Oliver – MW3SDO, born in Slovakia and still a Slovak at heart, the second is Anthony MW0JZE from Llanelli in South Wales and the third is the well-known Tim – M3SDE from Coventry in England.
The team will work with one device (FT-920) with a power of 100W and two antennas: Mosley beam for 10-15-20m and Carolina Wind 160 for lower bands.
