August 16 is approaching, the third Sunday of the month, the day of the traditional SNP race. The Vrútky Radio Club and the Slovak Association of Radio Amateurs cordially invite all Slovak and Czech radio amateurs to this race.
It is one of the more demanding races in the SZR calendar in terms of operation and also more demanding in terms of the physical readiness of those who take to the terrain, mountains, or other memorable places of SNP from where they broadcast with the /p brand. It is also a good opportunity to get on the strip of interesting places to Diploma in Castles and Chateaux and introduce the activities of radio amateurs to the general public. If you will be on vacation at that time, either at home or abroad, please contact us from there as well.
They will be heard in the race, where younger enthusiasts full of vigor and elderly pensioners who can still hold a microphone, squeeze a telegraph key and drive away curious bears in the field will gather. Please inform your amateur radio friends who do not have access to the Internet, either personally or on some network, about this race. Alternatively, choose several people for the evening retreat and then for the morning race.
