Type of operation: Telegraphy (CW, A1A)
Bands: 1.8 3.5 7 14 21 and 28 MHz in parts of the recommended bands IARU for racing.
Performance categories: A: 1W C: 5W Q: 25W X: 50W Y: 100W These powers are the maximum output powers.

Contest code: RST, IARU locator (first four characters) and performance class.
For example 579 JN98 C.
From stations that are not in the race, it is sufficient to receive only RST.

Scoring:

3 points for QSO with its own part of the world
-
9 points for a QSO with another part of the world
Foreign stations get 18 points for a QSO with Slovakia
Multipliers:
They are counted on each band separately. We use two types of multipliers:
a) IARU locator (first four characters), e.g. JN98
b) Prefix (according to the conditions of the WPX diploma)
Result:
-
The final result is the sum of QSO points from all bands multiplied by the sum of multipliers from all bands.

For each included duplicate QSO, the evaluator will deduct ten times the points that this QSO should have brought.

QSOs on two different bands (crossband) at the same time are not valid.

Diaries:
-
Separately for each band with its own page numbering.

The following information must be included in the header of competition diaries:

Brand, band, and page number x from the total number of n.

There should be at least 40 QSOs on each page with the following column designations:
-
Date, Time GMT, station mark made, RST, contest code sent, code received, new Locator, new Prefix, points for QSO.

Unfilled spaces in the RST column will be considered a report 599.

Logs from used bands, which the participant does not intend to submit as part of the competition log, will be considered as a control log.

Mark these logs "Diary for inspection".

Samples of competition diaries and front pages or the English version of the competition conditions can be requested from the evaluator (Radioklub OM3KFV, Poštový přečinok 129, 036 01 Martin 1).

Attach an envelope with your return address to the application.

You can also use your diary form with the necessary data (see paragraph 2 and 3).

Title page should contain the following details:

Race name, date.
-
Number of valid QSOs, points and multipliers on each band.
-
Final result, operator name, address and station brand.
-
Performance category, band category.
-
IARU locator, TX output power, device description and ANT and signed affidavit.

Logs should be sent to 30 days after the race.
Mark the envelope "JS Race".
For abroad, we present this race as "Low Power Spring Sprint" (SS test).
Evaluation:

For violation of the rules and the spirit of the race, the evaluation committee can deduct points or disqualify the participant of the race. The decision of the commission is final.

A participant can submit a competition diary for only one performance/band combination.
Diplomas:
Top three stations in each power/band combination class.
Prices:
Each station with the most points in each power/band combination class.
