On September 11-12, 2004, the sixth round of the VERON Short Listening Period (SLP) competition took place, which brought further interesting results among shortwave listeners. Jan Mandos, NL997, took first place with a significant lead, with a score of 20,090 points. Slovakian representative Jozef Marcincák, OM3-0001, took second place with 7,056 points, followed by Lars Aström, SM7001SWL, who scored 4,896 points. Other experienced people also participated in the competition SWL from Europe and overseas.
