According to TA SR, "The European Commission yesterday decided to open up additional radio frequencies for the wireless network known as WiFi. EU member states are to make available the frequency bands 5150-5350 MHz and 5470-5725 megahertz for WiFi by the end of October." According to international conditions, the Slovak Republic fulfilled this obligation ahead of time.
