Worked All Europe DX contest (WAEDC) organizuje už 60-ty krát nemecká rádioamatérska organizácia DARC, pričom zúčastniť sa ho môžu rádioamatéri z celého sveta. SSB part takes place throughout the second weekend of September, this year it comes out on September 12 from 00:00 to September 14 midnight. Only DX connections are valid for European stations, i.e. with non-European stations.
It is competed in bands 80 to 10m (out WARC a segmentov, ktoré nie sú určené na contestovú prevádzku – 3650 až 3700kHz; 14100 až 14125kHz a 14300 až 14350kHz) v kategóriách single-op low (power up to 100W, all bands), single-op high (power over 100W, all bands), multi-op (the 10-minute rule applies except to get a multiplier) a SWL.
Single-op can work only 36 hours, the remaining 12 hours can be divided into three parts at most, which will be marked in the summary.
All stations can use DX cluster.
It is possible to work with each station only once on each band.
Special conditions for SWL: poslucháči zaznamenávajú spojenia všetkých staníc, európskych aj DX. Každú stanicu je možné zalogovať len jedenkrát na každom pásme, násobičmi sú WAE aj DXCC earth. Captured tags of both stations and code sold by one station count for one point. Listeners can also record a maximum of 10 QTCs from each station.
Contest code: RS a číslo spojenia From 001. Ak stanica kód nedá, vyznačí sa v logu čislo QSO 000.
Rating: one point for each QSO with a non-European DXCC and likewise for each QTC.
Multipliers: non-European DXCC countries and number districts W, VE, VK, ZL, ZS, JA, PY, UA9 and UA0. The bonus is that in the 80m band each multiplier is calculated 4x, in the 40m band 3x and in the 20m, 15m and 10m bands 2x.
The point gain is determined by multiplying points for connections and points for QTC times the number of multipliers from all bands.

Diaries: only in electronic STF format or Cabrillo no later than October 15, 2008 at waessb@dxhf.darc.de. Please include your brand in the email subject. For more than a hundred connections, a control overview of the brands is required.
QTC: outside the connection as in other races, additional QTC points can be obtained from the stations. QTC starts with the UTC time, followed by the station name and link number. For example: 1307/DA1AA/431 means QTC that the given station was working with DA1AA at 13.07UT and sent connection sequence number 431.
QTC is given exclusively by non-European stations for connections with European stations. A maximum of 10 QTCs can be obtained from one station regardless of band.
Each sale of QTC starts with the sale of a code: e.g. QTC 8/6 means that the station with which we have a connection gives its eighth QTC group, in which there are 6 different QTCs. This is followed by the handing over of the QTC. Received QTC is confirmed 8/6 OK. In the log, it must be indicated on which band the QTC was received.
