From the rules IARU HF Championship: "(...) To contact as many other amateurs, especially IARU member society HQ stations, around the world as possible using the 160, 80, 40, 20, 15 and 10 meter bands (...) "
2. The intention is to maximize the number of connections with national IARU representative stations worldwide during the IARU HF Championship (July 10-11, 2010).

3. The diploma is issued in two versions:
– basic, for which at least 10 connections with HQ stations are required, e.g. AO8HQ, DA0HQ, GB5HQ, EM7HQ, SN0HQ, IU8HQ, etc.
– a special, marked W-HQ-S Special Award, which can be won by only three operators in the world who achieve the highest number of connections with HQ stations
Note: one HQ station is counted for each band and mode (max. 12): 1.8MHz-CW, 1.8MHz-SSB, 3.5MHz-CW, 3.7MHz-SSB, 7MHz-CW, 7MHz-SSB, 14MHz-CW, 14MHz-SSB, 21MHz-CW, 21MHz-SSB, 28MHz-CW – 28MHz-SSB.
4. Send the list of valid connections no later than 30 days after the end of the IARU HF Championship to the address qtc@post.pl
5. The W-HQ-S Award will be issued in high-quality paper form with an individual brand, seal and editor's signature for a fee of € or USD. It can be sent to MK QTC, Suchacz-Zamek, PL-82340 Tolkmicko, Poland or via Paypal qtc@post.pl (indicate the brand and name of the diploma in the message)
