The Echo Command Team (control center of the AO-51 satellite) issued a message that they are canceling the planned schedule of operations of the satellite and activating the transponder to record and transmit messages. The amateur radio FM transponder (downlink 435.300 MHz, uplink 145.920 MHz) was turned off this morning to allow maximum power to be used on PBBS.
