According to NASA's announcement today, the satellite will ARISSat-1, which is still on board the ISS, on April 12, 2011 - the 50th anniversary of Gagarin's flight - activated and connected to the external antenna of the ISS. The AMSAT organization supports this activity and will confirm the reception of signals from ARISSat-1.
