Cabrillo format from TR logo classic design

Cabrillo log TR log editing using the T602 editorSince then, how the Cabrillo function was added in the N6TR race log, this format is not correct. It is as described by Jirko/ OK2QX . The removal of this malfunction was described by Franta OK2OP, but it seems a bit complicated to me.
Me to edit the columns (transfer) I use an old T602, which has the function of STLPC'S SIDES (Ctrl – K -N ) and after marking these blocks I move them to the correct position. I have to write down the numbers “pattern” with serial numbers, which I insert in the appropriate place using windows and column blocks. I do the same with “a pattern” e.g.. district emblem (OK/OM DX Contest). After all Cabrilo adjustments, I save the journal and exit T602. Then any editor (BORN,..) I will delete the first lines, which contain “controlling” characters for T602, I save the diary and it is ready to be sent to the evaluator.
Finally, what is the layout of the Cabrillo format for those,who do not have it :
