
On the proposal of the Measures of the Telecommunications Office of the Slovak Republic (TÚ SR), amending and supplementing the TÚ SR Measure of April 14, 2004 no. O-1/2004, which establishes details on certificates of special professional competence for operating selected radio equipment, on the establishment of an examination committee and on the content, scope and course of the examination, which was prepared and published by the Slovak Technical Service, only two radio amateurs received comments. The Slovak Union of Radio Amateurs supported the draft amendment in writing. Three ministries and the Government Office of the Slovak Republic also sent comments on the draft amendment, which does not only affect the amateur service, which are of a legislative-technical and not substantive nature. The President of the Slovak Audit Office will send the proposal of the measure modified according to the results of the commenting procedure to the permanent working committee of the Legislative Council of the Government of the Slovak Republic for deliberation and adoption of an opinion. The approved wording of the amendment will be published in the Journal of the Slovak Technical University and on the website of the Slovak Technical University. The office will subsequently inform about the changes.
