In parallel with the term of the Memorial OM3AU, that is June 6-7, 2009 from 14:00 to 14:00 UT, there is also a Microwave Race. It is competed in bands from 1.3GHz and higher in SO and MO categories with CW and FONE modes.
Competition code: RS(T) + sequence number of connection from 001 + WW locator. One kilometer of distance covered is equal to 1 point. 1 point is counted for a connection with a station in the locator's own small square, and the overall result is determined by the sum of the points for the connections.
The competition diary is sent exclusively in electronic form in the EDI format. It must be sent no later than the tenth day after the race via the web interface on the website vkv.szr.sk.
