VKV operational assets – March 2004, 5th stage European Hamradio portal

March stage of the Operating Asset VHF 2004 brought solid participation in the 144 MHz Single Operator category, where twenty stations entered the results list. The evaluation was prepared by Laco OM1ZL on March 28, 2004.

The strongest SO-144 category was dominated by OM3TZQ from the JN98GN locator, which with 108 QSO, with 365 points and 22 multipliers, he reached a final score of 8030 points. He was closely followed by OM3CQF (JN88RT) with 7406 points, achieving the highest number of multipliers (23) among all participants. The bronze position was taken by OM4ADR from JN98FX with 5712 points.

Devices (TR-751E and home made source + PA)

Four operators competed on the 432 MHz band, with OM2RL winning with 210 points. They were followed by OM5CM (198 points) and OM5LD (192 points), which showed balanced performance. In category SO-1296, a single station OM5UM with one connection registered activity.

It is noteworthy that all the multi operator categories (MO-144, MO-432, MO-1296, MO-5760 and MO-10368) remained without participation, indicating the need for more promotion of these categories among club and collective stations.
