Every year March 8 women all over the world have a holiday. International Women's Day our radio amateurs are also celebrating. We wish them all the best for the holiday, lots of happiness, health and nice connections.

Since March 8, 2011, the competition organized by CQ.sk for Slovak radio amateurs, with the aim of promoting DX operation with radio amateurs from all over the world (YL, XYL). The purpose is to show respect for female radio amateurs, to revive their interest in this hobby, to make Slovakia visible in the world, to represent amateur radio sports and, above all, to create an interesting list of countries DXCC with radio amateurs. By connecting with the German radio amateur Netti JW/DO6XX, which was broadcasting from Svalbard, on September 22, 2013, it was achieved 100 of DXCC countries with radio amateurs. Every Slovak radio amateur who contributed to the competition received a nice diploma. On the diploma is placed his call sign and the number of DXCC countries completed with female radio amateurs. The competition continues, are done at the same time 120 of DXCC countries with radio amateurs.
