Mak SV1BSX published information that the AO-16 satellite has its voice transponder on again. It has an unusual construction, which corresponds to the unconventional mode:
UpLink: 145.920 FM
DownLink: 437.026 USB (!!!, yes, it's DSB (USB + LSB), but the audio is better when switched to USB)
