After consulting several questions with diploma manager Vil, OM3MB informs those interested in diploma, as well as to OTC SARA members that:
- an OTC member who has broadcast or will broadcast with the club call sign OM9OT from his own or another district, may count the connections made in this way with other districts, including the district from which he dispatches, as connections for his own application for the NATIONAL PARKS SR diploma.
– a non-member of the OTC who expeditiously activates broadcasting from a district other than his own district QTH, you can also these expedition QSO including the district from which the expedition is sent, to count for your own application for a diploma of NATIONAL PARKS SR.
Clearly mark the QSOs counted in this way in your application.
