Race was traditionally held on Easter Monday. The broadcasting conditions were very unfavorable on this day, but despite this, 19 stations participated in the race. To our great shame, only 9 Slovak radio amateurs took part in the race, of which only four sent a diary. It is our only international race organized by SZR and it is really sad that Slovak radio amateurs have so little respect for their nation and their radio amateur organization, which tries to represent them in the world as best as possible. In almost every newspaper from abroad, the participants ask where the Slovak stations are because they have the largest number of points for connections with Slovakia.
Another Easter is approaching and with it the 2007 "Spring Sprint" race. Please take part in large numbers and whether you make 10 or 100 connections, send a log on the prescribed form or other similar format. We wish you all a good experience and a nice location in the Easter sibička on the strip.
