GAREC 2005
In the Finnish city of Tampere on July 13-14 2005 held the first Global Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Conference, GAREC-2005.
Representatives from 17 countries and representatives of all three IARU regions exchanged information on the role of radio amateurs in emergency communications.
