The second Saturday of October 13.10.2013 was set aside in the amateur radio calendar for a traditional meeting in the pension Drozdovo near Nová Bani. We have been going there since eight o'clock, mainly by car, as it is on a hill and about 3 km from the nearest village.
In a nice environment suitable for hiking and skiing, the organizers, led by two Karols OM5KP and OM5NS, prepared traditional events. The amateur radio exchange was not very extensive either QSL tickets were not collected or distributed. We have met friends from the band whom we know only by voice or by errors when transmitting with a manual telegraph key. We tried Ham goulash or gnocchi and even wine or burčiak. At the end, there was a short ascent to the Veľký Inovec hill.
