Hello, I want to ask, how best to send for registration on LOTW documents, just forward it via email, or it is necessary to send by classic mail? it will be sufficient to forward a copy of the driver's license with a photocopy of the license? A membership fee is payable if so, so how much? What experience do you have with LOTW as a QSO confirmation and diploma program?

CEPT, I would also be interested. I did everything according to the cited page, it had to be sent by regular mail. I photographed the documents, sent and nothing came back to me. So I already had everything set up and was just waiting for approval and login details. And so it remained. As my English is weak, I didn't know how to answer. So I left it at that. Maybe I made a mistake somewhere. It's been about two years. i atenuator a kusok drotu, what could be done about it.
I probably still have the necessary files somewhere.

Creating access to LotW certainly works well. The last time I was helping a colleague with registration, and wonder the world, in less than a week, he already had the access password and the TQ6 certification file by email. So that it works for you too, you have to observe a few little things. It's basically described in the manual, which was developed some time ago by om3jw, Števo. I can forward. Namely, the official instructions on their website are a bit simplified (more advertising than perfect) and does not count with ham, who doesn't speak their language that well (smile). In your case, there will also be a time problem, which may cause that sent by you 2 the identification documents fell into the dust somewhere at ARLL. If you want to repeat it, I recommend sending the TQ5 file created in the TrustedQSL software again by e-mail, which you can download from their site (must be posl. version 113). In that email, you must write what you are sending (request…) and your contact details. Mail them at the same time (priority mail compared to confirmation at the post office) to the address listed on their website, copies of e.g. concessions + passport or driver's license and again it is good to write a sentence about what it is about and who you are. Then it will definitely work quickly and you will soon find a confirmation in your mailbox with the access password and the TQ6 certification file in the e-mail attachment. All of this is free except for postage. Diplomas work just fine too, you just have to settle the payment for credits via a payment card, e.g.
I wish you a pleasant entertainment, it's worth it. 😀

So I sent it once more. I was worried, that it is being worked on and I will ask for the old .tq5 file. I lost him. I also accept this new one, so I'm sending photographed documents on Monday.

    Documentation should be mailed to:

    Logbook Administration
    ARRL
    225 Main Street
By email as an attachment in Cabrillo format, CT 06111
    USA

Well, now it's express. In the morning he received an email about the acceptance of the request, and in the evening an email arrived with the file .tq6 and login data for the arrl site plus instructions for installation. Send the photocopied documents and wait for further login data. So it will probably be taken care of soon. Hopefully this will help someone.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: This certificate requires
TrustedQSL Version 1.13 or later. Attempting to install
it using an earlier version of the TrustedQSL software
will result in errors. The latest TrustedQSL software can
    be obtained at:
    http://www.arrl.org/instructions
    =======================================================
Here is your LoTW certificate for OM7YC
You may be able to install this certificate by double-
clicking on the attachment icon. If that isn’t possible or
doesn’t work, save the attached file to disk and then
use the TQSLCert program’s “Load Certificate File” menu
command to install this certificate into your system.

NOTE: If the attachment failed to arrive with this message,
you can just log on to the Web site noted below using the
provided username and password and download the certificate
    file directly.

Records submitted using this certificate can be accessed on
    the Web using:
    username: xxxxx
    password: xxxxxx
    at https://p1k.arrl.org/lotwuser/default
NOTE! This is NOT the same password the TQSL program asks for when you’re signing a file!

Congratulations on the express release of the certificate. I'm surprised how quickly they fixed it. Looks like they dropped the identity verification by sending copies 2 personal documents, at least in your case. Because by receiving the password and the TQ6 file, you have complete access to your LotW logo and therefore you can work with it fully, and therefore no further steps on your part regarding certification are necessary. God knows what it's like. Now it's up to you and your decency to send the copies or not 🙂

That's what comes to mind, whether in your case Jožko did not play an important role, fact, that registered on qrz.com and thus on ARLL, they waived identity verification. In any case, an interesting moment, especially for other new people interested in LotW.

So I decided to send the request by email first, and after a week I'm going to send the paper one, I am sending a photocopy of the license and driver's license… I'm curious, when will it arrive?

As long as no one wrote to me, that I do not need to send the documents, so I'll send it, even if it's pro forma. The log works, I sent him over 5000 QSO and everything went well. Thanks again for the help and advice.

A request is required – TQ5 file generated from the Tqsl program, which you can download on the arrl page in the lotw section…and follow by email…
Checked in my case : send a copy of the VODICAK and LICENSE BY POST
/both sides/…ATTENTION TO THE ADDRESS IN VODICAK…IT MUST BE THE SAME AS ON THE LICENSE….hi
You will receive the TQ6 file / approx 2 weeks/ as cipher, which you write in the installed Tqsl program
/brand ,,no entry,, will change to an icon ,,zlata pecat,,
The files from the diary are then sent as adif converted-encrypted with the Tqsl program /the TQ8 file is created/ which in the form of e.g.: om8xxx.tq8
posles do arll – lotw via email or after logging in to the lotw website via the upgrade log. No fees / I don't know if it's an award service…/ 🙂
