I have a question whether someone tried to 'overcome' the window with this piece of coaxial. I estimate that 20-30W could withstand it on HF with good SWR.

Hello,
I used a similar connector for SAT TV. It worked reliably, but its lifespan was about 4 months... due to occasional room ventilation... hi. I have no experience using it for powering HF antennas...

This connector inspired OM3LU to create his own flat connector with SO239 connectors, he used it for 100W, see Radio Amateur 4/2014, p. 13.
I assume the same article was published in Radio Journal.
