Jamboree-on-the-Air, WHOM 2006
Big Scout Meeting - In the Jamboree Scout Dictionary (jambori) - Organized annually in cyberspace and on the air, the World Scout Organization (WOSM) on the third October weekend. It will be this year 49. ročník World Scout Jamboree-on-the-Air (WHOM) a 9. annual World Scout Jamboree-on-the-Internet (JOTI). Both meetings play an important role in demolishing borders and creating a bond between young people in Africa, island states, Northern Europe or Malaysia. Young people of all nationalities, regardless of their culture, religion or race, you are during 48 hours exchange their views and experiences, they are transmitted over long distances and communicate with people from other countries and cultures, with whom they might never have encountered.
